With each individual student, I offer exercises, songs and techniques to practice that will help you to immediately begin seeing positive results. I believe that anyone can play the drums well and take their next step in music. It makes a big difference if you have the right teacher to help you learn the music you love.
Most people that have attained proficiency on the drums had someone that took the time to guide them along their way. Much of what is thought of as difficult to play or understand in music is only mysterious until it is explained and practiced.
About Bob Carroll:
Bob has been playing drums for over ten years and has been teaching for over five. He holds a Bachelors of Arts in Music from WCSU. Bob has taught students of all ages and experience levels. Bob received the Louis Armstrong Jazz Award in 2005.
Bob has played and recorded with numerous bands around Connecticut. He is proficient in all styles of music from Rock to Jazz, Ska to Funk, and everything in between. He is a dedicated instructor who will teach you what you want to learn!
